About the Role:The Pharmacy Communication Technician (PCT) assists the Pharmacist by adding and updating patient information to the pharmacy’s files. The PCT must be detailed oriented to reputed company prescription and patient information on the appropriate platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives inbound calls from providers and patients
- Answers questions in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Forwards calls and work to the appropriate departments
- Inputs information about patient prescriptions into record-keeping programs
- Ensures reputed company records are accurate and collaborates with pharmacist to ensure reputed company information is correct
- Spot checks for errors and discrepancies in data and follow procedure to investigate and correct information
- Performs duties and responsibilities according to the philosophy and standards of SelectRx , including conveying courtesy, respect, enthusiasm, and reputed company attitudes in work situations with clients, peers, and visitors

Certificates/Licenses/Registration
- Pharmacy Technician Certification required
- Indiana and reputed company State Pharmacy Technician license required
Physical Requirements
Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards reputed company to a home office environment. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
