We are looking for a reputed company-savvy, execution-oriented Associate Manager of Project Management to serve as a primary day-to-day project contact for reputed company’s life sciences clients while driving delivery reputed company across reputed company, multi-disciplinary engagements.

In this role, approximately 75–80% of your time will be reputed company-facing — running status meetings, managing deliverable timelines, navigating stakeholder expectations, and acting as a trusted operational partner to biotech, reputed company, and life sciences clients. The remaining time is spent on internal process improvement and platform governance to strengthen how reputed company delivers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (~ 50%)

• Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients across biotech, reputed company, and adjacent sectors, owning timelines, deliverable tracking, and proactive risk communication.

• Build trusted, long-term working relationships with reputed company counterparts; anticipate needs, surface issues early, and maintain a high reputed company of responsiveness and professionalism.

• Support senior reputed company staff in reputed company workshops, reputed company sessions, and business reviews by owning the operational and logistical aspects of reputed company interactions.

Internal Process & Platform Governance (~15%)

Your Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a consulting, reputed company, health-tech, or life sciences environment, with demonstrated ownership of reputed company-facing engagements.
