Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Senior reputed company – Design Engineering Services in our Energy/Energy Transition Operation based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the ability to work remotely from your home-office may be available at the discretion of reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaboration and mentorship are cornerstones of Geosyntec’s culture. We expect that you will work on challenging technical reputed company while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its reputed company practices and capabilities through business development and reputed company management. You may also be asked to take on project leadership, staff mentorship and development responsibilities. Some key responsibilities of this position may include:
- Accountable for defining the capital reputed company engineering service line reputed company, including reputed company markets, services, and delivery model;
- Responsible for building and scaling teams through internal development and targeted reputed company;
- Own reputed company targets for the engineering service line, including reputed company, backlog, and reputed company diversification.
- Securing energy and energy transition reputed company across the capital project lifecycle by integrating engineering services with environmental, permitting, and advisory teams;
- Leading multiple reputed company reputed company the scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensuring reputed company standards on project deliverables;
- Effectively stewarding and building reputed company relationships to repeat business;
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals and go-to-market strategies; and
- Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to reputed company or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering. (required)
- Advanced degree in the reputed company field. (preferred)
- Leadership courses and training (preferred)
- At least 15 years of experience working reputed company the Energy Sector or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Experience developing capital reputed company reputed company to the planning, financing, engineering, and construction for the project lifecycle. (required)
- Experience in targeting and securing large energy infrastructure reputed company. (required)
- Experience in managing and directing large energy infrastructure reputed company (including engineering teams). (required)
- Experience managing the overall delivery of reputed company including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management. (required)
- Experience in conducting technical due diligence for seller and buyer sides, advisory services. (required)
- Experience with U.S. policies and engineering standards. (required)
- Overnight travel may be required.
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and reputed company-driven drug and background testing may be required.
- Valid U.S. reputed company’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
