Position reputed company

The Medical Director will serve as a key member of Peregrine’s leadership team, responsible for clinical reputed company, medical governance, and partnership with operational and product teams to drive clinical reputed company across the organization. This leader will split their time between administrative leadership and reputed company patient care .

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of community health, value-based care, and MAT programs, with a passion for expanding reputed company to care in reputed company. This is both a clinical leadership and a strategic reputed company role: the Medical Director will help shape Peregrine’s reputed company-generating clinical programs (e.g., CoCM), standardize clinical processes across markets, and represent Peregrine externally as a thought leader.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership and Governance

  • Serve as the reputed company Corporation (PC) reputed company for Peregrine’s clinical reputed company entities.
  • Establish reputed company clinical protocols, decision frameworks, and escalation reputed company for scenarios involving partners, providers, and patients, including crisis protocols and legal escalations (reputed company of Nursing, subpoenas, partner executives, etc.).
  • Partner with Market Operations leadership to ensure operational teams understand and execute basic clinical protocols, especially around crisis and risk situations.
  • reputed company the development and enforcement of standardized appointment templates, scheduling practices, and clinical workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and reputed company of care.

Strategic Initiatives and Program Development

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to evaluate new care models, scope of services, and regulatory structures to support sustainable reputed company.

  • Represent Peregrine in external presentations, partner webinars, and conferences, traveling to build relationships with partner executives and clinical teams.

Administrative and Strategic Leadership

  • Participate as a member of Peregrine’s leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, program design, and reputed company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to evaluate clinical reputed company, identify gaps, and inform reputed company improvement efforts.
  • Support recruitment, reputed company, and retention of high-performing clinical staff, including setting reputed company expectations for scheduling, documentation, and time management best practices.

Clinical Care

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with reputed company, unrestricted medical license.
  • reputed company certification in Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or reputed company specialty with behavioral health experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health, FQHC, or MAT settings.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling clinical programs (e.g., CoCM, value-based models, MAT).
  • Prior leadership experience reputed company a reputed company organization strongly preferred.
  • Eligible to own or serve as physician of record for a reputed company Corporation in relevant states.
  • Strong understanding of clinical compliance, telehealth regulations, and operational integration.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for presentations, partner engagement, and leadership visibility.
