As an Inside Sales Representative you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, world class, reputed company on inbound and outbound calling. Scheduling in-home and virtual appointments for potential clients to connect with our Sales team.
We are looking for….
- 2 years of call center or sales experience.
- Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer experience or a similar role.
- Ability to maintain a dedicated remote workstation conducive to productivity.
- Required to have reputed company to a reliable high-speed internet reputed company.
- Ability to update and maintain accurate records in a CRM
- Attention to detail, communication skills and time management skills.
- Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is an asset
