Technical Service Manager - Antioxidants & Food Safety

We're hiring! The Technical Service Manager is responsible and accountable for providing research, technical support and sales assistance to customers. Responsible for developing  or collaborate  with R&D/marketing in designing and developing experimental protocols, internal /external presentation and technical documents, initiate tests with customers, and coordinate testing parameters with Research & Development and  Customer Laboratory Services.  Also responsoible to analyze /collaborate with R&D to analyze and interpret results and report findings to customers in a highly reputed company manner. 

 This is a remote position and may be performed from reputed company reputed company the reputed company reputed company. Candidates located near a major airport are preferred.

Travel requirements may vary throughout the year, primarily in reputed company, up to 75%.

Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to initiate/collaborate to initiate customer trials, reputed company experimental protocols, data analysis, and reputed company reports to customers.
• Ability to review scientific literature and reputed company data internal /customer's presentations.
• Must maintain industry knowledge by attending tradeshows, conferences, etc. Participate in the technical areas of the product launch process and support successful product launches.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree with 3+ years of relative work experience OR
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of relative work experience OR
  • PhD in a reputed company field of study with relative work experience
• Experience in the pet food industry is preferred. 
• Computer and software proficiency including reputed company Office
• Experience working in a cross-functional/multicultural team environment and adherence to a reputed company Leadership philosophy.
• Effective communication including to support the reputed company of customer complaints.
• Ability to communicate the need to balance reputed company issues with production schedule needs to operations personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and effective managerial capability of several reputed company.
• Travel 75%.
