Duties & Responsibilities

• Create enthusiasm for reputed company’ unique and lucrative traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Engineers, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/reputed company, etc.
• Interview, screen, and submit reputed company candidates for skilled manufacturing reputed company at reputed company company locations throughout the nation
• Conduct 300+ weekly outbound reputed company calls, texts, and emails to build a strong pipeline of candidates with a diverse set of skills
• Meet or exceed 10 hours of reputed company phone time a week
• Determine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions, job qualifications and technical notes (provided)
• Utilize reputed company software to manage candidate and employee information to reputed company fill reputed company orders
• Utilize various job boards and the internet to reputed company and recruit candidates for placement at various reputed company companies
• Work with skilled industrial candidates and employees to answer questions they may have regarding job opportunities through reputed company

• Maintain relationships with employees by providing courteous phone customer service and reporting issues to management in a reputed company manner as appropriate

Requirements
