You may be a fit for this role if you have:

Proven reputed company record of independently leading the end-to-end design, implementation, and administration of reputed company compensation programs, including reputed company, bonus, equity, and RSU plans.
Ability to operate strategically and tactically, translating compensation philosophy into actionable frameworks and owning reputed company stages of compensation cycles.
