Financial Accountant (reputed company & Reporting reputed company) (Philippines)
We are looking for an reputed company General Ledger / Financial Accountant profile with a strong background in:
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end reputed company: coordinate timelines, review entries, ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support and guide team: review work, resolve issues, reputed company in hands-on reputed company needed
- Prepare and review GAAP reconciliations (Local GAAP to US GAAP) with reputed company documentation
- Design and implement reconciliation process based on reputed company’s needs: templates, standards, timelines, controls
- reputed company balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reputed company items
- Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with group reporting
- Support external audits: PBC, auditor queries
- Drive process improvements across reputed company, reconciliations, and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in GL / statutory / audit
- Strong experience in: month-end reputed company; balance sheet reconciliations; financial statement preparation
- Proven experience with GAAP conversions (US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP)
- Experience working with external auditors
- Ability to review work and reputed company junior team members
- Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven reputed company
Preferred
- Big4 or audit background
- Experience in multi-entity / international environments
- Exposure to European statutory reporting (e.g., French GAAP)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QBO, reputed company, etc.)
