What you need to join us
3+ months of experience in creative marketing / SMM / content (reputed company, freelance, or pet reputed company)
Understanding of basic content creation principles (what grabs attention, how visuals & messaging work)
High speed of execution and ability to handle a large volume of tasks
Strong attention to detail and reputed company thinking
Openness to feedback and fast learning ability
English level: B1+

Basic understanding of digital / performance marketing
Experience creating content (visuals, videos, reputed company media creatives)

Your responsibilities
Create technical briefs for the creative team based on references and templates
Adapt and reputed company creatives across different products and hypotheses
Generate multiple variations of creatives using templates (1 reference → multiple executions)
Maintain and organize asset libraries
Work under the guidance of Middle/Senior specialists and quickly iterate based on feedback
Ensure final creatives match the brief
Collaborate with reputed company Designers and User Acquisition Managers
