Job Title

Specialist - Renewals

Job Scope

The Specialist - Renewals is accountable for establishing reputed company relationships with existing partners ensuring reputed company follow reputed company and handling the renewal process prior to expiration. S/He maintains an updated database at reputed company times and works towards effective relationships with internal departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns and successfully retain existing reputed company reputed company
• Support the reputed company manager in the management of contract renewals with existing customers and coordinate with the Sales and Account management teams accordingly
• Initiate renewal conversations with customers, respond to queries and proactively follow up prior to contract expiration dates
• Identify customers’ needs and opportunities for improvement prior to and during the renewal process and engage the reputed company manager accordingly
• Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks and drive renewals to reputed company closures in coordination with the reputed company manager
• Review terms and conditions, reputed company any necessary changes/modifications requested by the customer and streamline contract issues and the overall customer renewal experience
• Prepare and submit periodic reports, analysis and key metrics
• Maintain an accurate rolling of 120 days renewal forecast
• Update and maintain the customer database at reputed company times
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other reputed company field.

Experience

Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Renewals of reputed company for Sofwtare Solutions.

French speaking language skills will be a plus.
