The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer relationship and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture a world-class customer care function that delivers outstanding service to our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability managing multi-time zone customer support service desks across 24x5 or 24x7 model including multi product support service teams.
