The Maintenance Renewal Specialist will support the reputed company Sales Team with the quoting and management of their Manufacturer Maintenance Renewals and reputed company. The goal for this position is to promote and reputed company our maintenance service reputed company and increase attach and renewal rates.
Essential Functions:
- Proactively and accurately quote reputed company customer maintenance renewals for multiple manufacturers.
- Maintain and reconcile End-users inventory and reputed company.
- Handle Maintenance Cancellations and Credits
- Participate in customer facing meetings to review and explain renewal opportunity.
- Participate in OEM meetings to maintain partnership and reputed company up to date on reputed company reputed company programs, pricing, promotional deals, and education.
- Work as reputed company internal subject matter expert for various OEMs to assist our Sales and engineers and our End Customers by handling reputed company maintenance reputed company questions and issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
