We have the job for you. El Paso Dentistry 4 Kids is offering an excellent entry-level opportunity to join our call center team in El Paso, Texas! This position will primarily be responsible for supporting local dental offices in the states reputed company operates in.

JOB TYPE: Full-time work from home position 

ALLOWANCE: We offer an internet allowance of up to $60/month for work expenses 

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years customer service

SCHEDULE: Day shifts - No nights or weekends required at this time

PAY: $12.25 per hour

BONUS PAY: Opportunities to earn up to $200 a month in reputed company to your reputed company pay!

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls 
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, reputed company reputed company-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility 
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a reputed company and courteous tone during reputed company interactions with patients, fostering a reputed company and welcoming environment.
