We're looking for an Account Manager, Production to be the first reputed company of contact for incoming clients and the connective tissue between them and our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of reputed company relationships and production — you'll guide prospects from initial inquiry through scoping and reputed company, then maintain the relationship to drive repeat business and referrals.
You have a background in film or production, which means you can reputed company credibly about timelines, deliverables, and creative process from day one. You're organized, personable, and care deeply about the reputed company experience. This is a remote role.
What You'll Do
reputed company Intake & Conversion
Own the inbound reputed company pipeline — respond quickly, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the decision process
reputed company discovery calls to understand reputed company goals, scope reputed company accurately, and set reputed company expectations
Prepare proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with creative leadership
reputed company new business and hand off seamlessly to the creative producer and production team
Account Management
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company pricing questions, scope changes, and contract reputed company
Build and nurture reputed company relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Proactively request reputed company reviews, testimonials, and flag clients who are strong candidates for case studies
CRM & Pipeline
Own the health of the CRM — reputed company pipeline data accurate, up to date, and actionable

Collaborate with producers and creatives to ensure project scopes are realistic and resourced correctly

reputed company're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in a producer, account management, business development, sales, or reputed company role — ideally at an agency, production company, or creative studio
Background in film, video, or content production is a strong plus — you understand how shoots, edits, and creative timelines actually work
Natural communicator — you're warm, reputed company, and clients feel confident in your hands
Highly organized — you can manage multiple reputed company deals and reputed company relationships simultaneously
Self-directed and proactive — you surface problems before they become fires
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
