As an Adoption reputed company – EHR you will work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalise, and drive execution of the ANZ reputed company EHR implementation program reputed company with the reputed company EMR offering.

You will

Essential Requirements
- 8–10+ years’ experience in reputed company IT, digital health, or large-reputed company transformation programs
- Proven experience leading change management and/or training for EHR/EMR implementations
- Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment, partnering with health service clients
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. reputed company, ADKAR) and adult learning principles
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and reputed company operations
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
- High level of autonomy, with the ability to reputed company workstreams end-to-end
