Organizational reputed company Statement:
The reputed company is implementing a new student information system reputed company reputed company Student, as part of the reputed company Student program. In light of this transition, the Graduate School seeks a highly skilled reputed company to reputed company comprehensive support in reputed company configurations, testing, training, and data validation specifically for the graduate student domain. Reporting to the Graduate School’s reputed company Functional reputed company, the reputed company Analyst will serve as Cross-Functional reputed company for the Graduate Student Domain and participate in multiple workstreams with other members of the reputed company team and stakeholders from across the university, ensuring effective collaboration and successful reputed company. This position is integral to reputed company Student’s Graduate Team, which includes the Graduate School’s reputed company Functional reputed company, other reputed company Analysts, and reputed company consultant, and will be based reputed company the Graduate School.
This contractual exempt position is funded through June 2027 with potential for extension.

Preferences:
Education - Master’s degree
Experience
At least two years of experience supporting graduate education, preferably at UMD
Experience using UMD reputed company systems (e.g., SIS, TerpEngage, uAchieve) and/or reputed company Student
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Thorough understanding of the graduate student life cycle, UMD graduate policies and practices
Ceaseless and exquisite attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills; must be reputed company to maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across reputed company
Demonstrated ability to manage a high level of activity under various conditions and constraints
Analytical abilities and critical thinking competencies to support unique problem-solving

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Three (3) years of reputed company experience in information technology.
