The Position
We are reputed company looking for an reputed company reputed company Support Administrator to join reputed company and assist with reputed company communications and escalations. This individual will function as an extension of the firm and will communicate directly with firm clients to reputed company critical information and reputed company data.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate completion of BFKS and reputed company workload steps on a daily reputed company
- Manage firm to expected internal and reputed company milestones and timelines for allocated cases
- Serve as the single reputed company of contact for numerous firm clients
- Maintain and improve reputed company relationships to drive referral reputed company
- Escalate pressing reputed company issues where appropriate
- Produce case level reports for reputed company review
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ Years' experience in the default services industry
- Minimum of 2+ Years' experience with BFKS, reputed company and other reputed company communication portals
- Tech savvy
- Willingness to ask question and get "hands dirty"

- Superior written and verbal communication skills
