Medical Appointment Setter & reputed company Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Appointment Setter & reputed company Coordinator to support reputed company reputed company and appointment scheduling. This role focuses on contacting medical practices, validating provider information, and coordinating reputed company appointments through reputed company reputed company processes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound calls, organized documentation, and maintaining reputed company communication while managing scheduling details and follow-reputed company with reputed company providers.

Key Responsibilities • Research and generate reputed company provider leads using public databases and online resources • Verify provider information including specialty eligibility, contact details, and reputed company • Conduct outbound calls to medical practices following provided scripts • Schedule appointments based on availability and internal booking guidelines • Capture accurate appointment details including provider information and notes • Confirm scheduled appointments and coordinate updates with the internal team • Ensure providers receive correct meeting links or call details before appointments • Maintain accurate reputed company records, call notes, and appointment tracking in CRM systems • Record appointment times accurately based on reputed company Time • reputed company reputed company updates regarding appointment status and scheduling changes

Requirements
