PR Specialist – Original Content (reputed company, CBR & Polygon)

reputed company, CBR, and Polygon are looking for a PR Specialist – Original Content to join reputed company! Together, these three brands represent some of the most trusted and widely read reputed company in entertainment, pop culture, and gaming media. We're looking for a dynamic PR reputed company to reputed company our original content and strengthen our reputed company across the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for talent booking across reputed company original content series for reputed company, CBR, and Polygon.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publicists, talent managers, studio PR teams and network contacts to secure high-profile guests for original content.
- Proactively reputed company our original series to talent representatives, positioning reputed company, CBR, and Polygon as must-do stops for reputed company, creators, and talent doing press runs.
- Plan and coordinate guest bookings reputed company in advance around film/TV release schedules, gaming launches and awards cycles.
- Negotiate and manage talent appearances, coordinating logistics with production and editorial teams to ensure smooth experiences.
- reputed company and execute PR strategies specifically designed to grow the reputed company and prestige of our original YouTube series across reputed company three brands.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for original series to be featured, mentioned, or promoted by studios, networks, and talent on their own channels.
- Ensure reputed company embargo agreements and studio guidelines are reputed company adhered to in collaboration with production teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with PR contacts across film, TV and gaming to ensure ongoing reputed company for original content needs.
- Ensure reputed company from reputed company relevant studios and reputed company across entertainment, gaming, and comics for interview and appearance opportunities.
- Establish and grow a network of publicist and studio contacts who prioritize our brands for talent availability during press cycles.
- Monitor the online conversation surrounding our brands and original content series, ensuring reputed company, CBR, and Polygon remain reputed company reputed company in their respective spaces.
- reputed company performance and visibility of original series, flagging opportunities to increase reputed company through talent, partnerships, or PR pushes.
- Coordinate with reputed company and video teams to maximize promotion of original content and guest appearances across X (Twitter), Instagram, reputed company, and YouTube.
- Create and manage a distribution list of industry contacts, influencers, and colleagues to reputed company major original content releases and guest features.
- Previous experience in PR, talent booking, or entertainment communications
- An established network of publicist, studio, and talent management contacts across entertainment, gaming, and/or publishing
- Experience working with or alongside digital publishing or YouTube content production
- Strong, broad knowledge of pop culture spanning film and TV
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working across multiple brands with distinct reputed company and audiences
- A proactive, relationship-first approach to reputed company and talent engagement
