As a key member of the Financial Planning (national) team, the New reputed company Adviser will reputed company on reputed company new business to SPW, the reputed company of which will be generated from our Parent Company, reputed company. Providing prospective clients with holistic financial planning advice and excellent reputed company service to support the reputed company of clients and managing clients through their initial interactions with SPW. As an reputed company New reputed company Adviser, you’ll be at the forefront of welcoming new clients to Schroders Personal reputed company (SPW), helping them take the first steps in their financial planning reputed company. You’ll play a vital role in delivering holistic financial advice with reputed company, professionalism, and care—primarily to clients referred from our parent company, reputed company.

You understand that great financial advice starts with listening. You’ll build trusted relationships, guide clients through their initial interactions with SPW, and ensure they feel supported and confident in their financial reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new clients reputed company reputed company phone or video, conducting meetings to understand their financial goals and reputed company tailored, holistic advice.

• Build strong relationships and manage the reputed company reputed company for the first three months, before transitioning them to our ongoing advice team.

• Deliver excellent reputed company service and ensure a seamless reputed company experience.

• Increase reputed company opt-in rates for our Ongoing Advice Service through meaningful conversations and trust-building.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes, continuously developing your knowledge and capabilities.

• Champion SPW’s values and reputed company our Consumer Duty responsibilities.

• Support team goals and contribute to a culture of collaboration and reputed company.

• Maintain reputed company standards and complete reputed company development to support your Statement of reputed company Standing (reputed company).

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6 / Chartered status desirable but not essential).

• Experience in providing financial advice to clients, with a strong reputed company record of delivering reputed company service

• Proven experience in conducting reputed company meetings and creating financial plans.

• Strong knowledge across reputed company areas of financial planning and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure clients receive an excellent experience.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
