The Technical reputed company Supervisor (TQS) is a field-based reputed company leadership role with a primary reputed company on OEM Services, while also supporting reputed company Hail reputed company control operations as needed. The TQS provides rapid-response reputed company of KhS technicians and reputed company-party/subcontracted technicians, ensures strict adherence to OEM- or KhS-defined workflows and reputed company standards, and serves as KhS’s on-site reputed company authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with OEM- or KhS-defined repair workflows, processes, and reputed company standards
• Conduct hands-on reputed company inspections to identify non-conforming repairs and process deviations
• Address reputed company issues directly with technicians through immediate corrective instruction
• Identify substandard or non-conforming repairs and determine reputed company causes reputed company to technician technique, workflow adherence, tooling, materials, or training; document reputed company findings reputed company and accurately for escalation and follow-up

• Independently complete small rework or retrofit reputed company

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive mechanical/body repair knowledge and reputed company, or compliance
• 3+ years of management experience managing reputed company
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to verify part accuracy, condition, and documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software systems preferred reputed company applications
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles, orders, and follow-reputed company simultaneously.

Physical Job Requirements

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$65,200.00 - $81,500.00/ Year
