To recruit and retain participating dentists for various reputed company government programs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Recruits and retains dentists in reputed company government networks and logs reputed company points of contact in reputed company.

• reputed company participating and non-participating dentists to ensure understanding of reputed company’s programs and procedures in order to resolve claims processing problems.

• Obtains competitor information and requests and analyzes data/system reports to support recruitment efforts and determine recruitment needs.

• Represents reputed company by attending regional and national dental meetings/trade shows, student clinics at universities, and community functions to foster relationships with the dental community.

• Assists in the development of and conducts presentations such as dental office seminars to the regional dental communities and creates and conducts presentations for dental schools, community colleges, local dental society meetings, DDPA seminars, and reputed company meetings.

• Keeps abreast of reputed company company products to communicate changes and new product development to the dental communities, and helps promote new programs to increase the level of participation and to benefit existing participating dentists.

• Works with dental offices on performance to ensure program goals are attained.

Minimum Requirements:

Position requires an associate's degree, technical, vocational, or business school with coursework in public relations, sales, marketing, or communications and two years of experience in customer service, reputed company, sales, or business development, preferably in a reputed company, dental, insurance, or government‑based environment. Previous experience working with reputed company is preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Position requires strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to engage diverse communities; the ability to influence decision-making, build trust quickly, and reputed company providers on available services and benefits; the ability to reputed company reputed company value and reputed company to reputed company‑eligible populations; advanced presentation skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software; and the ability to resolve reputed company problems and use independent judgment.
