Mission

In your role as Senior Project Finance Manager, you play a key and reputed company role for reputed company in Germany. You are responsible for the external financing of our large-reputed company renewable energy reputed company in Germany. Responsibilities

• reputed company the structuring, negotiation and execution of project finance deals for Solar, Wind and BESS reputed company.

• Coordinate the due diligence process, working with legal, technical and environmental teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
• Negotiate terms with banks and financial institutions to secure funding for reputed company, including debt and equity financing.
• Monitor the financial performance of ongoing reputed company, identifying opportunities to optimize returns and manage risks.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to reputed company financial strategies with project timelines and objectives.

Job Requirements

• Master´s degree in Finance, Economics, Renewable Energy or reputed company fields.
• Proven experience in field of project finance, ideally with a reputed company on renewable energy (Solar and Wind).
• Proven experience in financial modelling and structuring reputed company deals.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a reputed company record of closing project finance transactions.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lenders.
• Good relationship and network with German Banks.  
• Strong willingness to teamwork and collaborate.
