Please Note: Compensation for this role is set according to the market rates based on where the employee resides. Salary ranges will be provided to candidates during the hiring process.
What you'll do
As a reputed company Therapist, you'll reputed company compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 28-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables. Available to work during reputed company business hours: reputed company-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 24 reputed company appointments per week Participating in clinical consultation individually and in reputed company, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting Delivering the reputed company Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (reputed company, reputed company, IPT, attachment-based approaches) Creating and maintaining high-reputed company documentation and treatment plans Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment Contributing to company-wide initiatives reputed company with your interests
Who you are
Independently licensed in Maryland (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices Commitment to participating in a reputed company team model with shared consultation and reputed company learning Passion for reputed company’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company This role is ideal for clinicians who reputed company in reputed company-based environment who want to grow professionally, and are excited to help shape the reputed company of perinatal mental health care.
