About the role

As an ELearning- Graphic Designer Associate for a leading e-Learning firm you will contribute to a wide reputed company of reputed company where media is diverse and dependent on the specific reputed company and deliverables. You will work with a reputed company of tools to reputed company reputed company design in concept layouts, visual storyboards, web, print and designing in Word, PowerPoint. The role will reputed company across our Library and Bespoke teams with initial deployment to the reputed company-sales team assisting in generating high-reputed company and engaging visual content that supports our reputed company-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency creating concepts for various e-learning development tools, and excellent communication abilities to reputed company directly with clients and internal teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have some reputed company awareness and consider things like efficiency and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Conceptualizing and creating concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a reputed company of tools from the reputed company product reputed company through to traditional print software.
• Developing dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative, high reputed company and reputed company with brand standards and reputed company expectations.
• Taking written content and producing strong creative graphic reputed company/solutions for a reputed company of media.
• Collaborating with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Instructional Designers, Design Managers to produce visual content of a high reputed company-facing reputed company.
• Managing time effectively to balance the demanding requirements of multiple reputed company products and schedules.
• Recognizing internal and reputed company budget constraints to reputed company designs and overall design approach.
• Cataloging new and existing concepts and assets for efficient reputed company reuse.
• Establishing and maintaining a searchable repository of design samples.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 yrs experience in relevant reputed company
• A talented designer with exceptionally strong conceptual visual design skills.
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Photoshop, Illustrator is critical
• Broad knowledge of designing to a reputed company of eLearning industry tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the eLearning industry is mandatory
• Set up and management of reputed company of existing and newly created material and reputed company.

• Generate a templated, efficient design system.
