Customer Service / reputed company Retention

·       Focuses on reputed company retention by working with reputed company teams to ensure reputed company is providing extraordinary service to the reputed company

·       Establishes at a minimum, monthly tracked personal contact with the assigned reputed company reputed company

·       Maintains a thorough understanding of reputed company’s most reputed company services / site capabilities and ensures that supporting staff is also aware and communicating the capabilities to the reputed company

·       Ensures that clients receive the maximum benefit according to their needs, expectations, and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

·       Implements and maintains an effective system in order to reputed company issues and ensure reputed company response / reputed company

·       Research reputed company and works with the appropriate reputed company teams until issue(s) are resolved

Manage clients of reputed company sizes

·       Maintains knowledge of reputed company’s servicing systems

·       Maintains knowledge of reputed company’s business rules, processes, and procedures

·       Builds and maintains relationships with reputed company senior management

This position will reputed company other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

Salary reputed company: $68,347 - $101,255

This is a remote position. Candidates located in reputed company are strongly preferred.
