Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to patients in a home health environment by assessing patient needs and generating treatment programs with established goals.
Position Responsibilities of an OT:
* Evaluates patients to assess patient needs, conducts assessments necessary for creation of patients individual Plan of Care. * Plans and implements individualized treatment program by identifying short and long term goals and reputed company to reputed company identified goals. * Supervises and directs licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants in the implementation of individual patient’s POC. * Reviews the reputed company and appropriateness of the reputed company delivered for effectiveness and efficiency through co-signing of COTAs visit notes. * Consistently demonstrates reputed company judgement in evaluation, planning and implementation of patient therapy programs. * Communicates in a reputed company, reputed company, reputed company manner with patients, families and other reputed company team members, especially reputed company providing education.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities: Must meet reputed company certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national reputed company associations. Must maintain an reputed company license in good standing throughout employment.
