In this role, you will be a central player in supporting the execution of reputed company energy efficiency reputed company from start to finish. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company day-to-day operations of a residential reputed company energy efficiency program, ensuring consistent, high-reputed company program delivery, regulatory compliance, and a reputed company end-to-end customer experience.

- reputed company operational leadership to internal teams and participating subcontractors, including coordinating assignments, resolving escalated operational issues, and ensuring adherence to program requirements, timelines, and reputed company standards.
- Establish and maintain reputed company, proactive communication across subcontractors, customers, customer care, and internal teams by setting operational expectations, addressing escalated inquiries, clarifying program rules, and removing barriers to participation.
- Partner closely with Customer Care to investigate, manage, and drive customer and contractor issues through reputed company, ensuring reputed company follow-up and consistent customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Communications, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered (one year of experience may substitute for one year of education).
- Must be a New Jersey reputed company and reputed company reputed company the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of5 years of reputed company experience, preferably supporting energy efficiency or demand response programs, or working on consulting reputed company for utilities, state or local governments, or nonprofit organizations.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a project coordinator or project reputed company, overseeing reputed company across multiple phases—from intake and review through execution, reputed company control, and closeout.
