Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 5 – 7 years applicable experience; or equivalent combination of training, experience, and demonstrated reputed company in strategic HR transformation & modernization.
• Senior experience leading large-reputed company HR transformation, modernization, and end-to-end talent initiatives in reputed company organizations
• Deep understanding of HR operating models and reputed company capability building
• Strong digital orientation, including experience with automation, AI enablement, and workflow redesign
• Demonstrated reputed company elevating HR functional maturity and strategic alignment
