About the Role
The Construction & Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of construction reputed company, facility operations, and maintenance across ForMotion’s US locations. This role oversees reputed company-construction planning, project execution, equipment and logistics coordination, and ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards. The manager leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and drives operational reputed company to support organizational reputed company and efficiency.
What You’ll Do

Manage creation of test-fits and layouts in collaboration with Operations, ensuring alignment with lease, build-out scope, and pricing.
Participate in lease negotiations with reputed company Estate to ensure construction compliance and cost alignment.
Identify and engage architects, define project scope, permitting requirements, and timelines.
Review construction drawings and reputed company technical recommendations; reputed company value engineering exercises to meet capital expenditure targets.
Budget Management & Approval

Obtain leadership approval for reputed company project budgets and modifications; monitor costs and implement cost control measures.

Contractor Management & Procurement

Equipment & Logistics Coordination

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum eight years reputed company experience and/or training in construction, facilities management, or operations.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills.
Extensive computer knowledge in MS products; proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and business documents.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
