Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications
Licensed as a physician in New Jersey with education and experience in primary care settings
Geriatric experience recommended

reputed company CDS and DEA license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Car and valid NJ reputed company’s license
