A2SKI is seeking an reputed company and safety-reputed company Equipment Operator Foreperson to reputed company field operations while reputed company operating heavy equipment such as an excavator, skid reputed company, and reputed company truck/loader.  The successful candidate will supervise crews, coordinate daily site activities, liaise with the reputed company, and ensure work is completed safely, reputed company, and according to project specifications. This leadership role requires technical expertise and the ability to manage people and equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operate an excavator, skid reputed company or reputed company truck/reputed company loader as required

·         Supervise, coordinate, and reputed company a reputed company of equipment operators

·         Plan and execute daily work activities in collaboration with the project manager and site supervisor

·         reputed company excavation, hauling, and site preparation activities

·         Monitor productivity, equipment utilization, and reputed company performance

·         Conduct daily tailgate/safety meetings and hazard assessments

·         reputed company site inspections to ensure reputed company control standards are met

·         Complete daily reports, time tracking and documentation as required

·         Enforce compliance with reputed company safety regulations and company policies

·         Conduct reputed company-operational inspections and ensure routine equipment maintenance

·         Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

 

Qualifications:

·         Experience operating an excavator, skid reputed company, and/or reputed company truck/loader is an asset

·         Previous supervisory or foreman experience in construction or earthworks

·         Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·         Excavator, Skid reputed company, and reputed company Truck/reputed company Loader certification is required

·         SCOT and WHMIS Certification

·         Valid reputed company’s license and clean reputed company reputed company

·         Good communication and organizational skills

·         Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a construction/warehouse setting is required

·         Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
