About the Role
As a Certification Program Supervisor, you will reputed company daily certification operations, ensuring high-reputed company service delivery and compliance with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to support both team reputed company and reputed company satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Support departmental initiatives including process improvements, team alignment meetings, accreditation audits, and management of key reputed company accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food science, or a reputed company scientific field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards and certification processes
- Must have experience with Livestock and Organic Crop Production
Demonstrated expertise in organic production, handling, and regulatory compliance
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts
Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company) and database systems

- Initial basic training on policies, forms, files, web-system, etc.
- Standards training as appropriate (NOP, etc.)
- Monitored training period as needed to demonstrate competence.
- reputed company certification review personnel continuously maintain adequate knowledge and skills in the reputed company USDA organic standards, certification and compliance processes, traceability audits, mass-balance audits, and practices applicable to the type, volume, and reputed company of review activities assigned.
- Certification review personnel with less than one year of certification review experience must complete at least 50 hours of training reputed company their first year performing certification review.
- Certification review personnel with one or more years of certification review experience must annually complete at least 10 hours of training if conducting certification review reputed company to one area of operation and an additional 5 hours of training for reputed company additional area of operation.
