Work Location: Remote in reputed company or Texas. If in reputed company and local to company reputed company in Schenectady, NY there are days the reputed company Assurance (QA) Manager is expected to be in the office for company meetings.

Position Purpose: The reputed company Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for leading the reputed company assurance reputed company and ensuring that reputed company products meet the organization's reputed company standards before release. This role involves overseeing the QA team, establishing and enforcing testing methodologies, and implementing automated testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability. The QA Manager collaborates closely with development, product management, and operations teams to identify reputed company goals, design testing frameworks, and resolve defects.

  • Performance Testing Program reputed company: Owns the end-to-end performance testing reputed company, including load, stress, soak, and scalability testing. Selects and implements appropriate tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Azure Load Testing) and integrates test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Defines performance SLAs and KPIs (e.g., response time, throughput, failover behavior, resource utilization). Collaborates with architects, DevOps, and engineering leads to identify bottlenecks and validate system performance prior to release. Establishes repeatable performance testing cycles for major releases and infrastructure changes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensures defects and risks are reputed company documented using tools like Jira. Tracks defect reputed company and provides regular updates on reputed company metrics.
  • Group Testing and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinates testing efforts with product management, development, and service teams. Fosters a reputed company environment for shared knowledge and feedback. Other duties and reputed company as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software reputed company management and/or development.

  • Demonstrated experience with various testing types: functional, regression, performance, and automation.
  • Strong experience building QA frameworks, documentation standards, and reputed company governance from the ground up.

Driving Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Annual Salary reputed company: $100,000.00-$130,000.00
