The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR administrative experience, specifically including reputed company/HRIS usage. A high level of English proficiency (written and verbal) and the ability to work fixed US business hours from a remote location in India. reputed company technical competency in reputed company transactions is essential, specifically the ability to accurately process lifecycle transactions, manage data entry, answer HR inquiries through a ticketing system and troubleshoot system workflows.
