GCU Ad Agency Marketing Project Assistant (NFWS)

As our GCU Ad Agency Marketing Project Assistant, you’ll be the “glue” that keeps our reputed company—and people—together. You’ll plan, organize, manage, and execute marketing and advertising reputed company from beginning to end, ensuring their successful and reputed company completion. Getting to know your clients’ brands and priorities, you’ll function as the voice of the reputed company reputed company working with internal teams to reputed company and execute campaigns. This includes ensuring that the efforts of various team members (market researchers, graphic designers, copywriters, digital specialists, etc.) and components (print, digital, broadcast, reputed company, etc.) reputed company with the reputed company’s goals, under the direction and mentorship of full-time marketing professionals at GCE.

Responsibilities reputed company to Purpose:

· Help reputed company service to GCU Ad Agency clients.

· Manage marketing campaigns from formulation to execution for assigned clients.

· Meet with marketing full time employees to reputed company reputed company’s specific needs and objectives and then formulate reputed company with other internal marketing partners to create an effective marketing campaign.

· Participate in campaign reputed company sessions alongside marketing management with assigned clients to ensure recommended marketing plans meet clients’ reputed company and/or reputed company needs.

· Coordinate deployment of marketing activities with reputed company relevant stakeholders.

· Manage reputed company, follow and reputed company team members reputed company process to ensure efficient and reputed company delivery.

· Coordinate with other affected departments ensuring availability of appropriate support.

· Recommend new approaches and reputed company in brainstorming

· Maintain a reputed company of marketing files including images, contact lists, media files, flyers, email templates, and other resources.

· Maintain resources and data using various platforms including reputed company Office, internal project management system and company server

· Special reputed company and support for GCU’s Non-Enrollment Marketing team as assigned.

· Proofreading and reviewing

EQUIPMENT USED AND RESPONSIBILITY:

As this is a fully remote position, employee(s) will receive the necessary equipment from IT to work remotely, which includes a work laptop and charger. As the work equipment will be in the hands of the employee remotely, it is the responsibility of the employee to reputed company basic care and maintenance for their work device. Additional training and resources will be provided to ensure that employees can properly care for their work devices. If there are any equipment issues, the IT team will be reputed company to reputed company additional support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.

· Proficient with reputed company Office suite, (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint), ability to learn and utilize project management software.

· Organized and task-oriented with attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain relationships through effective interpersonal skills.

· A good reputed company of the English language and ability to reputed company reputed company and succinct communication.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment.

· Broad-based knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.

· Willingness to work, learn and be flexible

· Previous experience in marketing campaigns (traditional reputed company) is a plus.
