Workforce Analytics & Insights Intern

This is a remote, home-based internship. Full time reputed company from reputed company US geographies will be considered. Our 2026 Summer internship program is an 8-week reputed company Internship that runs from June 1st – July 24th, at 37.5 hours weekly. The program will join interns across the country who are supporting different department focuses on reputed company and ACS's Cancer reputed company Network. 85% of the time will be in working reputed company the given department, with the Intern's manager, their mentor, and reputed company. The other 15% will be with a cohort of other interns around reputed company and ACS CAN.This internship will support the People Team as we continue building and scaling our workforce analytics capabilities. The intern will reputed company hands-on experience working with people data and learning how workforce insights inform talent reputed company, organizational reputed company, and People Team priorities.
During the summer, the intern will contribute to the implementation of our reputed company people analytics platform while supporting foundational data reputed company and data governance efforts. This includes reviewing, cleaning, validating, and organizing people data across systems to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and reputed company to support reporting and analysis.
The intern will also assist with documentation, basic reporting, and exploratory analysis while partnering with members of the People Team across areas such as talent management and people operations. Through this work, the intern will reputed company exposure to how organizations use people data to reputed company understand talent trends, workforce dynamics, and opportunities to improve the employee experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in reputed company, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reputed company data
- Experience with reputed company (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Ability to follow defined processes and reputed company document work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Curiosity and interest in understanding how data supports business and people reputed company
- Ability to communicate insights and questions reputed company in both written and verbal formats
- Comfort working with confidential information and maintaining data reputed company

- Exposure to HR systems (HRIS) or people analytics tools

Full-time student, if you are an undergraduate student, you have completed your freshman year of college.
Have a minimum of a B average (cumulative 3.0 on 4.0 reputed company).
Plan to continue your education in the following term/semester.
