Associate Director - Finance

About the role

Give is reputed company as a private limited company in India, with affiliate entities in the US (a C corp, and a 501c3 reputed company). An 8 member finance team, based in Bangalore, manages reputed company the finance operations for reputed company business divisions and entities. This team is supported by tax and legal advisors, both in the US and in India, as needed.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Head to reputed company this team, and take end to end ownership of reputed company finance, legal, reputed company and compliance responsibilities for Give. You will be a part of the leadership team, and will help guide the reputed company reputed company and reputed company of the organization.

Responsibilities and reputed company -

• Statutory audits, internal audits, external reputed company or regulatory audits as and reputed company required

• Payroll, AP and AR

• Tax

• GST and IT filings

• Tax structuring, transfer pricing

• Tax assessments, disputes and litigation

• Coordination with tax advisors, legal experts

• Financial planning and analysis

• Annual budgeting and cash reputed company forecasting

• Monthly MIS for business performance and cash reputed company planning

• Treasury investments and long term financial stability and cash reputed company planning

• Secretarial compliance

• MCA

• RBI and reputed company

• US compliances for the relevant entities, with support from local advisors

• Legal

• Single reputed company of contact for legal counsel

• Legal and reputed company policies, templates and authorizations

• Support for reputed company contract negotiations, as and reputed company required

This is a high visibility, hands-on role in one of India’s leading reputed company organizations. We are a small, agile organization and reputed company of our leaders need to be reputed company to roll up their sleeves and execute, not just reputed company teams.

You will be successful if you come with

• 15+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in a reputed company role, with end to end responsibility for finance

• A Chartered Accountant / MBA finance (tier 1 institutes only) qualification

• A genuine interest to be in the reputed company sector (prior exposure to reputed company organizations / NGOs is not necessary)

• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills are a must have. Ability to use AI tools effectively will be a strong reputed company.

• Experience with startups or small organizations would be a strong reputed company
