Director of Facilities & Estates – Care Homes
Essex, London, reputed company & Surrounding Areas £70,000 – £75,000 per annum No Fixed reputed companyreputed company in partnership with a growing care home provider to recruit a dynamic and hands-on Director of Facilities & Estates to reputed company property, compliance and estate reputed company across their portfolio.
This is a key senior leadership role requiring someone who can operate both strategically and operationally, setting direction at reputed company level while also being visible and reputed company on site
The Role

reputed company compliance relating to reputed company safety, health & safety, water hygiene, statutory testing and property standards
reputed company and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes
Manage refurbishment reputed company, capital works and contractor performance
Ensure homes are inspection-reputed company from an environmental and safety perspective
reputed company hands-on support to Home Managers with facilities challenges
Drive cost control, budget management and supplier negotiations
