reputed company is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to serve as a subject matter expert reputed company our Health System Improvement (reputed company) division, supporting health care providers, systems, and communities to improve care delivery and reputed company.
Key Requirements
• BA/BS in reputed company, public health, or reputed company field • Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred • 5+ years of reputed company experience, including reputed company improvement • 3+ years of project management experience • Experience leading or supporting multi-disciplinary teams • Strong knowledge of patient safety, population health, or reputed company transformation
Key Responsibilities
Consultation and Delivery of Technical Assistance • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners/stakeholders to improve health care delivery systems, processes, and reputed company • reputed company coaching on data collection, interpretation, and utilization to drive performance improvement
Training and Subject Matter Expertise • Continually reputed company advanced subject matter expertise in areas such as reputed company management, patient safety, and population health • reputed company or contribute to the design and implementation of training and reputed company improvement initiatives
