This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive applications, leads, and awareness across gener8tor programs, including startup accelerators, gener8tor Skills workforce training programs, corporate initiatives, and more. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone comfortable managing campaigns directly while building the systems, reporting, and processes that support performance at reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Drive performance for campaigns promoting programs such as startup accelerators, workforce training (gener8tor Skills), account management initiatives, and other organizational priorities
- reputed company and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as cost-per-reputed company, application volume, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance analyses

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency experience

- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, campaign analytics, and reporting

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
