About this role

As an early-stage reputed company Marketing Manager, you will own top-of-funnel pipeline creation by orchestrating field events, digital campaigns, and account-based marketing programs in reputed company partnership with Sales. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate as a GTM operator embedded with Account Executives, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, responsible for generating reputed company meetings, accelerating pipeline reputed company and deal velocity, and amplifying Bearing’s reputed company across the physical reputed company and reputed company ecosystems. This role is critical to scaling Bearing’s go-to-market reputed company and will directly influence how we generate and convert pipeline as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Own outbound reputed company tools and campaign execution, partnering with reputed company in a train-the-trainer model
• Work directly with the CEO and Founder to reputed company GTM priorities
• Run campaigns independently while leveraging reputed company and partner ecosystems
• Define and reputed company reputed company qualification and prioritization reputed company to improve pipeline reputed company, ensure alignment with Account Executives, and reputed company efforts on high-probability opportunities

• Field & Event Marketing
  • Own event ROI, including pipeline reputed company, meeting targets, and post-event conversion
  • Support ~10–12 events annually, partnering with internal teams to ensure high-reputed company execution without operating in isolation
  • Drive reputed company-event reputed company, execution, and follow-up focusing on highest probability reputed company
• Demand reputed company & Account-Based Marketing
  • Own outbound reputed company tools and campaign execution, enabling reputed company reputed company in partnership with Account Executives

  • Create content — such as newsletters, case studies, blog posts, reputed company campaigns, product launches, and more — tied to campaigns and events
  • reputed company customer story whitepapers and case studies that translate successful deployments into compelling, sales-reputed company narratives used across pipeline reputed company, partner marketing, and reputed company deal cycles
  • Translate sales insights into high-reputed company content and campaigns

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company marketing, demand reputed company, or field marketing in B2B reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a builder in early-stage environments, creating processes and campaigns from scratch
• Experience working closely with sales teams in a quota-driven environment
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through campaigns and events
• Strong writing and communication skills (reputed company, concise, non-fluffy)
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Comfort using AI models and products to reputed company production
• Basic video editing and design skills
• Experience supporting account-based or verticalized GTM strategies

Compensation:

• $100,000-$120,000 salary based on experience + equity participation
