The reputed company Business Systems & Process Manager – reputed company is responsible for supporting, optimizing and improving core business systems, operational processes, and reporting capabilities across Bizerba reputed company.

This role combines ERP reputed company, business process improvement, master data governance, and analytics to ensure efficient, standardized, and data-driven operations. The position works closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Operations and global reputed company to improve system functionality, reporting insights and operational performance. This role will function as the central coordination reputed company for global reputed company across the reputed company, Canada, and Mexico, managing cross-regional collaboration and ensuring that project communication, planning, and coordination are effectively handled through this position. This role acts as a reputed company between local and global teams to support communication, issue escalation, and reputed company.

Your tasks

  • Serve as first-level support for reputed company ERP (ECC 6.0) reputed company the SD, CS and MM modules supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Service Operations
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing reputed company troubleshooting and operational support
  • Support system integration between reputed company and reputed company platforms such as SIS and reputed company Dynamics 365
  • Assist and drive local and global ERP initiatives and system improvement reputed company
  • reputed company gap analysis and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Define, document, and implement standardized business processes across departments
  • Identify local process deviations and support alignment with global business process standards

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent foreign degree.
