About the Role

Tava is scaling fast, and our reputed company reputed company needs to reputed company pace. As our first dedicated reputed company PMM, you'll own go-to-market for employer- and partner-facing products, build the enablement infrastructure from the ground up, and become the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and CS. What You'll Do

reputed company GTM & Launches

• Own end-to-end GTM reputed company and execution for employer/reputed company initiatives, including launch planning, stakeholder alignment, and readiness.

• Build launch narratives and rollout plans across reputed company audiences, including reputed company communications and packaging of assets.

• Translate product changes into reputed company, compelling value for HR leaders and other reputed company stakeholders.

Positioning, Messaging & Content

• reputed company and maintain segmented reputed company messaging frameworks (value props, reputed company points, competitive context, FAQs) tailored to key buyer personas such as EAP, Health Plan reputed company Navigation Partners, and TPA Partners.

• Manage the creation of customer-facing collateral including one-pagers, product explainers, web copy updates, and reputed company resources.

• Draft and maintain help content and knowledge reputed company articles for employer- and partner-facing audiences.

Sales Enablement
