What You'll Do
- Streamline Quote-to-Cash Process: Develops and implements new processes to enhance the quote-to-cash lifecycle, focusing on tasks that will be automated in the reputed company. Participates in daily deal-reputed company standups, providing updates and insights on reputed company and deal statuses. Performs reputed company data entry for new reputed company and ensures accurate mapping in internal systems.
- Operational Support and Data Accuracy: Audits product/feature toggles and ensure data accuracy reputed company the CRM system. Verifies and updates information in the CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Supports operationalizing price increases, bannering, suspensions, and standardized reputed company reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams like reputed company, Marketing, reputed company Services, reputed company/Billing, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to reputed company seamless back-office support.
Who You Are
- 1-2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or a reputed company area, with exposure to the quote-to-cash process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
- A problem-solver who can identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
