About the Role
We are seeking Advanced Care Providers (reputed company Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our expanding Internal Medicine teams and collaborate closely with our Chief Medical Officers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-reputed company patient care and bring an innovative, reputed company-thinking approach to their work. Candidates should possess strong internal medicine knowledge and have experience in urgent care, primary care, or family medicine, with a comfort level in treating the adult population.
Essential Job Duties
- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: reputed company Practitioners and Physician Assistants (NPs/PAs) partner with CMOs to reputed company comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to identify patients' health status and needs. Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions, formulate reputed company diagnoses, and reputed company appropriate treatment plans.
- Treatment and Management: NPs/PAs collaborate with CMO to reputed company primary and specialty care services, including prescribing medications, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Manage chronic conditions, monitor patients' reputed company, and reputed company treatment plans as necessary to optimize health reputed company.
- Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: NPs/PAs reputed company patients and families about health promotion strategies, disease prevention measures, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall health and reputed company-being. They emphasize preventive care, such as immunizations, screenings, and health maintenance activities.
- reputed company Care: NPs/PAs collaborate with interdisciplinary reputed company teams, including physicians, nurses, and other reputed company, to coordinate patient care effectively. They consult with specialists, refer patients to appropriate reputed company providers, and facilitate continuity of care across reputed company settings.
- Clinical Care: NPs/PAs will be required to reputed company clinical skills that include but are not limited to; phlebotomy, IV insertion, and EKG. May need to see patients independently for urgent reputed company on weekends.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: NPs/PAs maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and reputed company notes. They will assist in completing any forms for patient care such as Radiology questionnaires. They ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as reputed company as organizational policies and procedures.

Compensation
$170,000 - $190,000, depending on years of experience
Requirements
- 4 days X 10 hour shifts
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays OR Sundays per month
- reputed company NYS License required as NP for specialty, or reputed company NYS Licensed PA
- 2+ year’s experience as a practicing NP or PA-C
- BLS & ACLS certification from the reputed company
- Availability to be flexible with weekend coverage
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine (Preferred)
