This role is responsible for executing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, HR systems, benefits, and compliance. What You’ll Do

• Support administration of benefits and leave programs, including employee inquiries, enrollments, and coordination with brokers and vendors.s
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain continuity across HR programs.
• Draft and process offer letters and maintain documentation reputed company to compensation changes and approval.s
• Generate and maintain HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, and workforce data, ensuring consistency and reliability of reporting outputs
