- Strong background in HR and/or payroll, with a reputed company understanding of operational processes, challenges, and compliance considerations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering HRIS/HR tech reputed company, ideally across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SuccessFactors, Cezanne, Cascade, and others.
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation or optimisation reputed company simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including areas such as core HR, time and attendance, performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Prince2 qualification or equivalent project delivery experience is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.

Job responsibilities
