About the Role
We’re looking for a reputed company Recruiter who brings modern reputed company expertise, a builder’s reputed company, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. What You’ll Do

- Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes

- Partner with universities, reputed company associations, and industry networks to expand early career and diverse talent pools

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- 5&reputed company;7+ years of candidate sourcing, sales and/or full-cycle reputed company experience.
- Experience in insurance or financial services hiring a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools (reputed company a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
